What can you tell me about the paper used in your joints and cones?
Futurola makes all our papers and crutches. Here’s how they describe them…
- What is so special about Futurola rolling papers?
Our papers are the base product of our company. We have spent years developing and fine tuning our well-crafted rolling papers.
- They are exclusively produced in France for Futurola by the only company in the world capable of producing 12gr/m2 paper without any chemical additives.
- The way the fibers are worked into the paper is unique. This makes the paper very strong, slow burning, and without residue.
How do I know when my Who? battery needs to be charged?
The “?” light at the end of the battery will blink/flash when in use to indicate it’s time to charge the battery.
How do I charge my Who? battery?
Connect the battery to the included USB charger and plug the charger into a UBS port on a computer or laptop.
The light on the charger will change from red to green when charging is complete.
This can take 2-4 hours depending on the USB device you plug the charger into.
Can I use an AC adaptor instead of a UBS port to charge my Who? battery?
We recommend using a USB port on a computer or laptop for charging. However, you can use the AC adaptor that comes with iPhones. We do not recommend using other AC adaptors.
What can I do if I lost the USB charger for my Who? battery?
Your Who? battery will work with most other USB chargers for similar batteries.
The Who? battery has the industry-standard “510″ thread pattern which allows it to attach to a variety of chargers.
You should avoid the more powerful chargers designed for larger e-cigarette batteries.
The airflow through my Who? cartridge has started to feel restricted or clogged. What can I do?
The most common cause of an airflow restriction is the fill-stopper moving out of place due to impact from dropping the cartridge or high temperatures causing expansion within the cartridge.
You can check for this cause and fix it by following these steps
- Carefully unscrew the mouthpiece from the cartridge body
- Gently press down on the blue silicone stopper to ensure it is fully seated in the cartridge body
- Replace the mouthpiece
If the process above does not resolve the issue, try this second method
- Unscrew the cartridge from your battery
- Straighten the wire from a paperclip
- Insert the wire into the hole at the base of the cartridge to clear any clogs in that area

What is your return/exchange policy?
Defective returns are accepted for exchange…
- With dispensary receipt – 60 days from date on receipt
- Without dispensary receipt – 90 days from the “Date Made” date on the product packaging
We strongly encourage all dispensaries that carry our products to follow our exchange policy. Oregon law allows dispensaries to implement more restrictive policies and, unfortunately, we cannot force dispensaries to follow our policy.
Oregon law also prohibits us from offering exchanges or refunds directly to consumers.

It’s difficult to get the extract out of the glass dabber. Can I heat it to make the extract flow more easily?
Yes, the glass dabbers are made from heat-resistant glass. Gently warming the dabber tip area with a lighter will help the extract flow more easily.
What material is the wick in your cartridges made from?
The Who? cartridge uses a high-temperature fiberglass material in the wick.
We use this material to avoid the problems associated with other materials, like cotton, that combust at temperatures low enough to off-gas or actually burn during the vaporizing process.
The various cannabinoids (CBD, THC, THC-A, CBC, etc) in extracts will vaporize between 248 and 428 degrees Fahrenheit. Cotton starts to combust at 250 degrees Fahrenheit. The fiberglass material in the wick is heat resistant well above the temperature range of the vaporizing cannabinoids.

Can I buy your products online or direct from you?
Under current law, we cannot sell direct to customers and our product cannot be shipped, even within Oregon.
Do cartridges “go bad” or lose potency over time?
Our products are best when consumed within 12 months of the “Date Made” date on the package. They will not “go bad” or spoil, however they may lose their efficacy over time.
Is there a recommend method for vaping with your cartridges?
Shorter, quicker inhales are most effective. Longer, slower inhales are less effective and can lead to clogging.
How should I store a cartridge when it’s not in use?
Replace the silicone cap on the base of the cartridge and store it upright, at room temperature, and out of direct sunlight.
I love the stickers that come with your cartridges, but after I put the sticker on, the airflow through the cartridge stopped (or became restricted).
Make sure the sticker is not covering the small air intake holes that are at the top of the battery where it connects to the cartridge.
